
What Causes Back Pain That Radiates From The Upper Back To The Feet On Left Side?

Question: I have a back pain since 5 months. The pain goes from Upper back to Feet (Left side). I sit and work for 8 hours a day. My calf muscles also pains a lot. I can feel the movement of nerves.

In view of your answers to my questions, it appears that you may be having spinal disc related problems in the lumbar region causing nerve root compression. I would suggest you get a MRI spine to rule out the same.
