What Causes Back Pain While Treating Arthritis And Fibromyalgia?

Question: I am concerned about pains in my back...around the areas of my kidneys. Although I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and disc issues, the pain feels different. Is this an emergency condition?I have also been having cramping episodes in my thighs, calves, feet, toes and hands. Could this be related?
