What Causes Back Pain With Out Any Urinary Complain?

Question: my wife, aged 62 has severe pain in her head and eyes when she is moving, like walking or riding in a car. she also has pain in the middle of her back. she went to a clinic and said it was kidney stones. but she doesn't have any problem urinating.
