How did does bacteria get in to his sperm? In ehat way?
Brief Answer:
Bacteria can get there through urethra.
Detailed Answer:
Generally there are always some bacteria in the semen. Just in small amounts.
Large amounts of the bacteria (like in this case) indicate urinary tract or prostate infection. This infection can be caused by overgrowth of regular bacteria, not enough hygiene or even intercourse with someone infected with this bacteria.
Bacteria get there through urethra.
With semen culture there should be also antibiogram. This allows to choose the most effective antibiotic.
Regards.

I have tried do attached file but i cannot. E coli and enteroccous are <10 /4. How big is this ammount?
Brief Answer:
Its enough to diagnose an infection.
Detailed Answer:
You mean >10/4 (more than 10/4). If so, this means that there is a lot of bacteria and we can diagnose it as an infection. If the amount of bacteria is lower than 10/4, we assume that this is not an infection, just regular bacteria.
