Question: I'm clean off of meth now for a couple months I'll brevet use again biggest mistake but hours can I get my taste buds back all meat and food taste gross and smells

In regard to taste buds I like to assure you that you will get them back in few months. Generally you get back them in three to six months.

I don't think you need to do anything as this is time dependent process.
