I don't have a specific question. I don't know what's going on with me you have you read a new neurologist conversations? I'm dizzy and lightheaded and my balance is off I'm constantly hitting walls and falling over things even tripping over my dog because I can't make her out with my eyes a headache all the time and left eye hurts all the time once in a while I can have another intelligent conversation but then most the time I can be happy for my daughter in the business which she wants me to research a new office program to transfer to him in her business and I can't make sense of it. Sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy my brother doesn't and what's going on I have to live with someone right now because if I give my dog her medicine I forgot to write it down I forget to put appointments in the telephone that I stood right in front of somebody to put on the schedule and I couldn't find them I couldn't find them do your schedules turn my phone in the snow put in ad I screwed my phone and swear it's defective and I don't know what I did to mess it up I'll be in the computer and get stuck on the page where you know how to get out of it there's times I think I'm crazy and then there's times I think OK I'm just gonna push past and I'm going to be alright-this is a very it can't be real and I want wakes up from night and be OK in active in tonight living in Costa Rica in doing computer work for my donuts business and being happy again and active and I keep thinking I can do this I can do thank you my bunny in my mind and my balance everything is wrong with me is I need help I need help don't need sympathy it's from the pathetic people and I feel like sometimes I am pathetic disgusting disgraceful and if there is free minute no I haven't moved on to Costa Rica yet and I've gotten worse instead of better I don't talk to anybody and I have to live with someone I've always been independent on my own since my daughter grew up in raise your grade outgoing happy intelligent person that's what I want it's just a little bit more it's bad enough my body is going my stamina my mind I can't sit here and get worse and I should've been so healthy and 56 I refuse A wheelchair I refuse a cane and a walker I figured if I do that I'm giving in and going to deteriorate faster. i've always had a perfect house everything has its place I can't make sense to organize anymore can organize my thoughts how can I organize anything else

If you don't have a specific question it may be difficult to help you, but I will try.
It seems you were recently diagnosed with brain tumors which are severely affecting your motor and speech functioning, and have changed your life in a major way as you were previously a very high-functioning person. It also seems your thoughts are disorganized which may be directly related to the tumors or to medication you are taking such as, for example, steroids or anti-seizure medications such as leviteracetam. I recommend seeing a psychiatrist to discuss medication options such as a mood stabilizer, antidepressant, or more intensive psychotherapy with your current therapist to help you manage this major stressor which is causing major life changes for you. You need someone to talk to during this very difficult time to help you keep perspective during these major life changes. For a more personalized comprehensive evaluation and answer or for ongoing therapy, you can always contact me on HealthCareMagic at this private link: tinyurl.com/DrSheppeAnswers
I hope this was helpful to you.

You're welcome for the private link.
To answer your question about therapy, there are a variety of modalities used depending on the needs of the patient. A psychodynamic psychotherapist, or psychoanalytic psychotherapist, seeks to help the patient come to insights about themselves by exploring unconscious thoughts and behaviors. A cognitive behavioral therapist takes a look at the patient's automatic thoughts and helps restructure your thinking into a more accurate and organized frame to approach the world more positively. A dialectical behavioral therapist helps you manage stress with coping skills. There are a variety of other types of therapists, but the above are the most common. A psychotherapist typically is more intensive and more intensively trained. A therapist is trained is other modalities, usually a clinical social worker. I am trained in psychotherapy and would be able to help you more with my private link. But I hope this answers your question.

I'd be very happy to answer your questions via my private link. I can't prescribe medication, so if I recommend a medication you should find a psychiatrist in your area to evaluate your need for it and prescribe it. If you are connected to the VA health system they should have a psychiatrist available to you. But I am certainly happy to help you this way in any way I can. I also have a telemedicine therapy practice at the link below if you want to talk via webcam. My name is Dr. Alexander Sheppe on this site:
videomedicine.com
As for the symptoms you describe, message me at my private link or reach out to me at VideoMedicine and we will continue to discuss them. I am concerned you are having serious symptoms that likely warrant treatment.

Hello Dr. Sheppe! I am sorry I haven't contacted you today. I have gone the night therapist and had some other things I had to do. I'm working on getting the medications. I took pictures of them on my phone but something happened on the email and it froze my email. So tomorrow Get them sent to you. I also have to get a hold of the neurologist because he wanted to see my report and probably my MRI but I don't know how to get those to him. I believe you wanted to see the report to commented soon? How do we arrange these interactions?

Hello XXXXXXX I'm glad to hear you're doing okay.
I would certainly like to see what medications you are currently taking, as well as your MRI report. The scan itself does not matter much to me, the written radiologist report will be much more useful.
I would be happy to speak with you via teleconference via the website below, where you can search for me and schedule an appointment:
VideoMedicine.com
Or, we can continue exchanging written information, advice, and therapy via my private link on HealthCareMagic:
