Brief Answer:
Vision problems, orthostatic hypotension to consider too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Normal visual function is indispensable for a correct balance too, so, since you refer this problem after the change of your glasses number, this issue needs a reevaluation by your Ophthalmologist.

Another possibility to evaluate before meeting with your Ophthalmologist, since you refer your balance issues become evident after getting up, is lowering of blood pressure due to standing (postural/orthostatic hypotension).

It is necessary to measure your blood pressure in different body positions (laying, sitting and standing).

If significant changes in values ( 15-20 mmHg changes ) discuss with your primary care Doctor about it.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
