Now my QUESTION is how can i come out of this BXO. does this BXO DECISES is dangerous in my future life???
why does this BXO occurs and will it affect my future sex life ???
Is it a normal and common pink patch or This BXO will it be harmful for my life???

I have seen all the photographs that you have uploaded and I have no doubt that you have BXO . You can consult one more Urologist to confirm the diagnosis.
The etiology of BXO is still not known ..
It has tendency to involve urethral opening causing narrowing of urethral opening (Meatal stenosis) and in later stage can spread to urethra causing stricture of the urethra.
Use of topical steroids helps to arrest further growth
It will not endanger your sexual life .

BXO will never get resolved as there is no appropriate treatment invented so far .
It will not affect your sex life .It is difficult to predict whether you will get meatal stenosis or stricture urethra in future.You have to monitor it frequently and observe for any change in your urine flow .
