Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.
It shows that you are having ill digestion, here are a few things which can help you counter this problem.
1) Increase fiber content of your food. take fruits like bananas , guava, whole oranges.
2) Increase fluid intake.
3) Don't take dairy products.
4) Eat simple food with vegetables and less content of proteins. take raw vegetable salads with out cream
5) Avoid coffee, caffeine, tea, fizzy drinks.
6) You can use fiber supplements as well.
This should get better in 4-5 days , if this doesn't get better despite of these life style changes then I would advise you to visit your doctor as in that case you might need use of antibiotics. But i am quite positive that you will get better.
