Brief Answer:
Tricyclic anti depressants, opinion psychiatrist,

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Reasons for bed wetting could range from common causes to more complicated conditions. It is always important however to make a clear distinction of voluntary wetting or conscious wetting from involuntary or incontinence.

It might be important to note if you had never experienced before the past 6 months just passed or not. Any notion of spinal trauma has to be noted.

The drugs you take could have a role to play. This would only be important if your sleeping pattern has greatly changed lately. IN case you started sleeping so deep lately, and if you psychological state had been characterized by excessive dreaming., this could be easily explained. It might be of interest to know if you can keep urine in for long as you used to, if you have any urinary frequency or pain or blood on urination or lower abdominal pain. This would be important to exclude a urinary tract infection that could lead to loss of bladder tonicity.

The opinion of your psychiatrist is very important here. A special class of drugs called Tricyclic anti depressants are generally offer much help in this case. Thanks and kind regards.
