Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
A healthy kid at this age should not be bedwetting.
If your child is still bedwetting you need to evaluate him fully.
There are numerous causes like infection in the urinary tract, loss of sugar or sodium in urine, bladder abnormalities, neurological issues affecting the bladder.
You need to get him evaluated completely.
To begin with start with ultrasound abdomen and urine examination.
