Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You are having symptoms of dyspepsia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
The rumbling and gurgling are due to indigestion and increased gas.
An upper GI endoscopy and test for Helicobacter pylori may be done.
You can take prilosec and probiotics for relief.
I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Is this something serious? Should I worry about it! I suffer from anxiety. I went to the doctor and they said take the things you had stated as well. They ran a metabolic panel on me and all levels were in range. I am really concerned and nervous about all of this. Thank you!

No my stools are like a light to medium brown and softish that's normal right. I can sometimes feel the gas moving through my system from upper GI to lower GI. I have never had any stomach issues my entire life? What causes these at my age of 26? Can this really enter my life out of nowhere?
Brief Answer:
Normal stools only
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your stools are normal only.
Your symptoms might probably be due to a stomach bug and the resulting indigestion.
As suggested earlier, take prilosec and probiotics for relief.
