Brief Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
I have read the medical details provided by you of your father and I have also gone through the ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY and TMT reports provided by you. I understand your concern for your father's health.

His Echocardiography report is normal with a good LV ejection fraction. Grade I diastolic dysfunction is basically due to the impaired relaxation of the left ventricle during diastolic filling of the heart with blood which happens due to age related wear and tears as well as hypertension. Nothing to worry for that.

Now coming to his TMT report which shows that there is significant ST T changes in the inferior leads at high work load which gives an indication that his Right Coronary Artery probably has some blockage developing inside it due to atherosclerosis. In my opinion this should be evaluated further by undergoing an Angiogram which is the Gold standard investigation to rule out any coronary obstruction if present.

As your father is already taking adequate cardiac medicines so there is no hurry as such but it's better to get evaluated as soon possible because he is taking only 75 mg of Aspirin and if after angiogram we come to know that he do have some obstruction in the coronary vessels then the treatment plan will change accordingly.

I hope this information will answer your query and will guide you in right direction. If you have any doubt you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

I wish him good health

Kind Regards
