Sir I don't have any pain but I feel some times itching y because I think it happens my more use of my own doing hand movements from last 10yearss and also comes white more actually I give up but I don't feel any pain but I seen gradual color change in my tip of penis firstly starts from base line of penis ends with tip of penis.

& Also I'm not doing any outside.

I m scared looks like whole tip turns black that y I'm asking sir.

I appears to be glanular hypospadias which is an abnormal opening other than urethra on the penis.

Surgery is the only definitive treatment fr the same.

Sir but I don't any pain & all I have feel only on heavy sweat I feel itching that's all
One thing frankly sir I have done so many time ejaculation by hand last year's & under penis infection that time comes & i taken prescription with physician Dr given ointment thats all that goes gradually.
But now what I m scared I have seen my below penis Glanule turns black from last 01years so pls tell me correct answer sir is I have any disease or need some surgery. Sir if you want some more photo I ll upload
