Brief Answer:
Please upload a photo

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question.

Can you please upload a photo in our system so I can have a look at it? It should not be closing unless there is some inflammation...why are you worried it will close up? Do you have pain? Any photo on when it was closing up?

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako

Brief Answer:
Don't put ear plugs. Its normal to be closed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up question.

I saw carefully your photo.

The view of your belly button looks not good.
The black area there means dead cells.
You should not put ear plugs in there because it has stopped the circulation. It needs to be closed by itself so you don't have to worry about it.

If it starts bleeding or produces secretions you may need antibiotics and I will recommend seeing a local doctor.

For the moment keep the area moisturised by using Vaseline, thin layer.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
Otherwise please kindly close and rate the answer.
