What Causes Black Discoloration Of Palms?

Question: Hi,
I am having the following problems since last week:
1) The palms of both of my hands have turned black, like it happens when there is a sun burn. Also, there are black patches over the back side of the fingers. And there are red rashes over it and it is itching a lot.
2) My face is screting excess oil and often cause a pimple on my cheek or forehead, leaving a mark on my face.
Can I use Lacto Calamine on my palm?
Request you to please give the solution with the medicine required to take for both palm and face.
Thanks

The hand ledion is looking like photodermatitis.
I treat such cases with a combination of skin lightening cream like melalite xl in night and sunscreen in day.
