Brief Answer:
Atopic dermatitis (eczema)

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. From the attached images, it seems to me like a case of atopic dermatitis (Eczema), for which I shall list the treatment:

+Hydrocortisone cream: To be applied over a clean and dry surface for 3 weeks
+Cream to help repair the skin: E.g. tacrolimus containing creams (e.g. protopic) twice daily
+anti-histamine: Anything that suits you (e.g. benadryl, pheniramine, etc.) in case you have itching

I would also recommend visiting a dermatologist for the same, as that would be best. But you can try this treatment for 3 weeks and then write back to me or visit a doctor.

The treatment you were using was for a fungal infection, which is the wrong diagnosis which is why you did not find relief sir. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
