Brief Answer:
Management options explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Clean the area with povidone antiseptic and apply first aid ointment or cream like Neosporin or bactroban. Take ibuprofen 600 mg or diclofenac sodium 50 mg if available for the pain. Acetaminophen can also be taken if the above two aren't available.

If there is visible deformity, severe pain, open wound and signs of neurovascular damage then its always a good idea to get it checked in the ER where an x ray would rule out a possible fracture and assessment of the wound can be done physically to rule out other complications.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
