What Causes Black Mole After Freezing?
Black because it may require another freeze cycle
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
If the mole is still black after a couple of weeks, it probably only means it needs to be frozen another time as sometimes these things require 2 sittings at least. It could also mean the freezing done at the last sitting was not adequate enough if a 'blister' had not formed at the outset after some 48 hrs or so at the last sitting.
Personally I am not a big fan of cryotherapy & suggest you get it excised when next you visit a dermatologist or a local surgeon.
Glad to note the dermatologist felt it was not malignant in the least & that gives you time.
Good Luck & wish you every success. Trust my answer has been clear & given you a clear action plan. Godspeed.
