This is what i have noticed.
Brief Answer:
Simple allergic rash or fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks a lot for posting the picture. The picture is bit hazy and becomes blurred on higher magnification but even then I am able to comment on the same.
First and foremost as Dermatologist & Sexually transmitted diseases specialist I reassure you fully that your condition doesn't seems to be related to any type of Sexually transmitted. There is no any Sexually transmitted infection which manifest in the manner which you have got on your genital area. There appears to be no correlation to any association of unprotected oral sex.
In my view it appears to be a simple allergic rash over the area or a fungal infection of the area. I suggest you certain measures to take care of it:
-Keep your self away from hot and humid climate.
- Take two times bath.
- Wear cotton socks to be changed two times a day.
- Do not wear any synthetic socks.
-Don't try to scratch or rub the area as can lead to further aggravation of the problem.
- You can do cold compression over the area with a towel soaked in cold water which will reduce the unusual sensation.
I hope this information will help you and relax your mind completely. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good health"
