What Causes Black Patches On Inner Thighs Near Groin Area?
Oral itraconazole, topical luliconazole
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I have reviewed your history and picture. it clear that you have got Tinea , a sort of fungal skin infection.
Since you are not recovering with Fintrix and Ebernet-M cream, it seems you have resistant form of tinea.
In such cases,I generally recommend proper course of potent oral antifungal drug like itraconazole 200mg daily for 10 days along with local application of sertaconazole or luliconazole cream twice a day over affected areas.
Take oral antihistaminics for itching as required.
Use clotrimazole or ketoconazole soap for rinsing of affected areas.
Maintain hygiene and avoid tight undergarments.
Hope this will take care of your problem
Thank you

You need to visit your dermatologist for proper prescription as these drugs are not available as OTC.
Itraconazole is a very commonly used drug and easily available. Just ask your chemist to give Itraconazole of any good company. Usually I prefer Canditral by Glenmark or Sporanox by XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX
Luliconazole is exclusively marketed by Ranbaxy as Lulifin cream. If you cant get it, try sertaconazole by Glenmark (Onabet cream) or any other reputed company like Cipla (Sertacide).
