What Causes Black Patches On Inner Thighs?

Question: I am a 50 year old woman and all of a sudden I have developed black patches on my inner thighs which are slightly itchy and flaky. I also have pain and slight swelling on my right elbow joint and left ankle joint which is painful on first movement and becomes better on continuous movement but still throbs. I also have a smell acidic in nature from my mouth. About 8-9 years ago I developed an allergy to fruits with swelling of gums and dark blue patches under my eyes. Took Arsenic hydrogenisatum for about 6 years and now can digest food but leaves me with an acidic taste the next morning. Also I have been given Kreosote 200 by a homeopath for the smell in my mouth which has slightly decreased the smell.

I have gone through the query.
based on the findings I would suggest you to start with following medicine
Lachesis 1M 6 pills once in day
Rhus Benneta Q 10 drops with half cup of water twice in day

Take medicine for a month and revert me back
Medicine may be revised next time depending upon the improvement.
Mode of treatment- we are focusing patches in the thigh once they are cured then we will switch to another problem
