Thanks for the query.
I have seen the photographs sent by you and it appears to be a fungal infection.
These type of infections tend to occur more in people suffering from uncontrolled diabetes. In case, you are diabetic, you must control your sugar levels immaculately.
Do the following....
Control your sugar if you are diabetic.
Apply CLOTRIMAZOLE cream twice a day.
You need to take FLUCANAZOLE 150 mg one tablet daily for 5 days and then weekly for 4 weeks. It is a prescription drug, so please see a doctor for prescription.
In case there is no improvement then you must consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and skin scrapping or biopsy test.
