Black spots over hands and feet could suggest some form of eczema, naevi or even warts.
I would like to have a look at the exact skin lesions.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Need details to rule out association with std
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
I am of the view that this skin problem over your hands might just be related to the genital problem .
I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist for proper assessed and investigations to find out the exact cause .
If possible , you can provide me details of your genital problem so that I can try to help you much as I can .
Please tell if the lesions over the hands were red earlier and later turned black or were they like this always .
Any associated itching ?
Do you have any lesions elsewhere also?

Hi Dr,
The black spots on palm and soles started around 3 - 4 weeks ago, they are itchy but not painful.
I am facing 3 issues in genital area as follows:
1. Wound on anal wall and on anus periphery it is painful at times and itchy too, this is the first thing that started in all this (approx 3 months ago). The doctor I consulted have given me Sitcom LD and i am applying it twice daily since then.
2. Red patches on penis head and under foreskin it was itchy too, this started 1 month ago. The doctor gave me an ointment i applied for 6 days and now the patches have gone.
3. Itching and Rash on scrotum, the doctor gave me a cream i applied it for 5 days and the itching vanished but now it seems that the rashes have re-occurred so i have started applying the cream.
The lesions were always of this color, but sometimes they look more dark and prominent and some days not.
Please help me.

Brief Answer:
Does not look like any std
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for all the details .
You don't seem to be suffering from any std.Infact you seem to be having fungal infection over the groin region .
So your hand and feet problem is most probably not related to the groin issue.
Now on a closer look and on going through the details that you have provided , I think the lesions are a part of lichen planus which is a skin problem leading to development of itchy pigmented lesions .
Now it is important that a skin biopsy should be done in your case to confirm the diagnosis.
Although it is not a harmful skin condition but a skin biopsy is essential in most cases for confirmation of the diagnosis and further treatment .
So you can see your nearby dermatologist and discuss it with your doctor .
For the time being , you can apply librate cream over the affected areas twice a day.
