Question: I recently found black spots under my foot and my racial background is south asian. Could you please take a look at the picture.thank you

I am so sorry to hear about these black spots and all the inconveniences this has caused you. I have reviewed your information fully and these spots are non significant and do not suggest a disease condition. As we walk, we get to have small bleed into the soles and when the blood is not fully reabsorbed, you may end up with such spots. They are no threat to good health and there is no reason to get worried about. More than 4/5 persons have such spots on their soles.
