Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion emergency pill will be effective upto 90% if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
As it was taken within 2 hours of unprotected intercourse you might be safe.
Kindly provide me the composition of MPill and whether her cycles are regular or not for better suggestions.
Looking forward to hear from you.

Brief Answer:
bleeding might be due to hormonal imbalance
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion if Mpill is an emergency contraceptive which contain Levonorgestrol
then it is 95% effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
As the pharmacist may not have complete information regarding the medicines I suggest you always take this type of medicines under doctor s supervision.
Anyway the emergency pill will affect the timing and amount of bleeding of coming period due to hormonal imbalance created by the pill.
So either the period may come early or get delayed or the bleeding might be less or more than usual or irregular bleeding.
As the pill was taken within time and 14 th comes under safe period the chance of pregnancy is less.
So the bleeding might be due to hormonal imbalance due to pill.
So I suggest you to wait for the period to come or this irregular spotting might turn into period spontaneously.
Dont worry.
If irregular bleeding continues and there is no period even after 2-3 weeks then you might consult gynaecologist for further management.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
