Brief Answer:
check blood sugar levels, angiography should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

You are having 3 by pass surgeries and now only (left internal mammary artery or "LIMA") is working. But this will not lead to blackout and fall down unless it is also having some blockage. So, an angiography should be done.

Secondly, you are a diabetic pt, in low blood sugar levels also this can happen so blood sugar levels should be checked.

Blood pressure monitoring should be done, however this usually doesnot lead to blackout.

I think that you should get yourself immediately examined by a doctor.

Review with reports.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
