What Causes Bladder Pain While Treating OCD?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Brief Answer:
You do not need to do anything immediately, you need to see a urologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,Welcome back to HCM.
Please note that you have not harmed yourself by what you did, it will be sore, however, you may have under-active bladder and urinary retention that needs the attention of a urologist(which You have already sought as I can see).
There are medications that will help you to be regular and not have to strain or force yourself to urinate.
For now I would urge you not to keep pressing on your bladder.
I hope this helps.
Good luck.
