What Causes Bladder Prolapse With History Of Hysterectomy And Gall Bladder Removal?

see below
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this bladder prolapse and all the inconveniences this has caused you. It is also referred to as cystocele in medical terms.
A prolapsed bladderoccurs when the supportive tissue between a woman's bladder and vaginal wall weakens and stretches, allowing the bladder to bulge into the vagina.
This is often caused by straining the muscles that support your pelvic organs. This could be a a result of vaginal childbirth(especially large babies of more than 4Kg) or with chronic constipation, violent coughing or heavy lifting. After menopause, the levels of estrogens drop and this progressively contributes to the weakening of the supportive structures of the bladder.
The severity is evaluated by how much of the bladder is in the vaginal. The ore it falls, the more severe the prolapse. Treatment is based on the severity of the fall and symptom. Treatment can require surgery or not. For a mild or moderate bladder prolapse, nonsurgical treatment is often effective. In more severe cases, surgery may be necessary to keep the vagina and other pelvic organs in their proper positions
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information if need be.
