What Causes Bleeding After Taking Postinor?
Question: I took postinor after the intercourse that the condom have slipped off about 2hours, then took second pills after that 12 hours. I know when my period will come which is 5 days from now but today I got a little blood mix together with my leukorrhea. The blood came out only a little not look like my normal period , its came out since yesterday. Should I concern pregnant? Or should I see doctor?
Brief Answer:
Earlyer bleeding normal after postinor
Detailed Answer:
Dear Patient,
an earlyer or later bleeding than the normal period can be normal after taking the posterior pill.
It will avoid pregnancy by "only" 84%, so if in the next few days more unusual bleedings come up it is best to see a local gyn to check on it. But most likely it has worked successfully and your cycle is starting a little earlyer.
Best regards,
