Brief Answer:
Due to emergency pill.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild bleeding that you had earlier was a withdrawal bleeding and not a period. Such bleeding is usually seen with such high dose hormonal pills. The delay in periods is a side of the frequent intake of emergency contraceptives. Since the pregnancy test is negative there is no need to worry. You will get your periods in next 7-10 days.
It is best to choose a regular contraceptive with the help of your gynecologist to avoid such irregularities.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Delay in periods is due to hormonal imbalance. The periods will come in a few more days. Pregnancy is ruled out since two tests are negative and you had sex last time more than 15 days ago. Investigations will not help. You can start with regular contraceptive pills after one more pregnancy test and have periods after 28 days.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Many brands are available.

Detailed Answer:
Oral contraceptive pills are a good choice of contraception and can be taken at your age.
If taken regularly they are quite effective in prevention of pregnancy.
Regarding the side effects, weight gain is mentioned as an issue but significant gain in weight has not been reported by women and even some do not have any change at all.
Other side effects like nausea, leg pains, headache also depend on the individual and can vary.
It cannot be assured that a particular brand will cause less side effects or not as the hormonal combination in the pills is more or less same.
There are various pills available these days. Consider visiting a Gynaecologist so that you can be prescribed the one after evaluation of your height, weight, menstrual history etc.
Regards.
