What Causes Bleeding And Pain In Lower Abdomen Pain After Partial Hysterectomy

Question: I am 47 years old and had a partial hysterectomy 11 years ago. cervix and ovaries still intact. I am on minivelle hormone patch. I have had 2 episodes of bleeding in the last 2 weeks. Once after sex and then today bright blood (small amount) on underwear with pain in lower abdomen. What could be causing this? My yearly physical is not until December 2. Should I be concerned
