Brief Answer: Subgingival calculus, vitamin K deficiency. Detailed Answer: Hi, This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query. I have gone through your query. Bleeding from gums while brushing can be due to some reasons such as : -Deposition of Plaque and Calculus at subgingival areas of tooth. - Brushing too hard , or Brushing with toothbrush had hard bristle . - Vitamin K deficiency . - If having any Habit of chewing Tobacco or Smoking, it may be the cause. I shall suggest you the following: - Do XXXXXXX warm saline gargle two - three times a day for healthy gums . - Do Chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily. - You can take Vitamin Supplements . - Use Soft bristle toothbrush . - Consult dentist and go for Scaling and Root planning for Subgingival calculus . Hope I answered you query if you have further query I will be happy to help. Regards, Dr. Priyanka tiwari.
