Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Welcome back.
Perhaps it may be vitamin deficiency (Vitamin B 12 , 6 , or due to Vitamin K deficiency). I suggest that you take vitamin supplements
Maintain proper Oral hygiene by Brushing twice daily . Do Chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily. Use soft bristles brush . And do XXXXXXX warm saline gargle two times a day - it is good for gums .
Consult physician and go for Complete haemogram for examination of Haemoglobin, platelets and prothrombin time . These test will help your doctor isolate other causes that I may have missed here.
