What Causes Bleeding In Anal And Vagina In A Hemorrhoids Patient?
Question: I have hemmorroids and this morning as well as bleeding in the back when wiping I also had bleeding in front. Could this all be from the hemmorroid?

To recapitulate: Female/60 - have hemorrhoids - bleeding in the back when wiping - also had bleeding in the front - wants to know whether this can be due to hemorrhoids.
The hemorrhoids can bleed in the back, if you mean by is anus or rectum.
The bleeding in the front- if you mean by vaginal is not possible due to hemorrhoids.
Hence it is very important to have clinical examination, per-rectal digital examination, proctoscopy to see if there is any mass, fissure, polyp or hemorrhoid alone, Per-vaginal examination and further examination, ultrasonography and so if you had vaginal bleeding also.

I was examined in theER on Friday, and they did feel hemmorroids. I did call my Gynocologist this morning, and he said just keep an eye on it for the day, and if bleeding recurred he wanted to see me. I did have my gynocological exam and pap smear in January and all was fine. Also had Abdominal CT scan in October to check for diverticulitis. All organs were fine.

I would advise you the following:
Get Examined by a General Surgeon to know the grade of hemorrhoid. And to get a decision whether need conservative management or Surgery depending upon the grades and your willingness.
Laxative to keep bowel movement smooth.
Sitz bath
Lots of green leafy vegetables in diet
Drink plenty of water
Take Care
