What Causes Bleeding Nose?

Question: Im very scare of nasal cavity cancer because my nose is bleeding on just the
Left side ive had nose bleed problem since i was 6 years old im now 32. But i never had bleeding everyday like this on one side for 6 month now ive seen ent about 6 month ago along with cbc w diff test it came out negative his cinclusion is diviating septic. My question is could nasal cavity occur within those 6 month and no one caught it?

Theoretically yes but chances are negligible and I don't think you should be concerned at all since cancer in such young people is the last thing to think. This is probably caused by broken capillaries,or blood pressure variations. But if pain and breathing difficulties occur then you should see ent to rule out some more other more or less serious causes. Also it would be smart to visit hematologist and check blood coagulation parameters. Wish so good health. Regards

You are problably right i look in my nose and see scabs i was able to see where it is coming from would that help the diagnos to be more clear. My bp is always high. So you are saying blood capilar can cause bleeding for 7 month

yes, some people have more prominent capillaries with weak wall and it breaks easily especially when bp raises. this is not serious condition,and best treatment is bp regulation or in some cases electrcoagulation of nose vessels.
