Brief Answer:
Takd rest and visit doctor in morning

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about the issue.
This can be due to various causes and it is important to delineate the cause to avoid such events in future.
Ask her to have full bed rest till morning and avoid any exertion or intercourse.
If the bleeding has stopped then most likely only rest will suffice as a treatment but a visit to the gynaecologist in morning is important to look for the cause of bleeding and check the heart beat of the baby.
There is no need to rush to the hospital right now but in case she gets a fresh bleeding episode at night then immediately visit the emergency room.
Take care
