What Causes Bleeding Ulcers And Left Leg Pain While On Tylenol?
Question: I had tkr a few y ago it didn't work. I still have pain. I was taken artherities medicine along with excederine now I have bleeding ulcers. no artherites meds now and no excedrine. just Tylenol. it doesn't work. my pain is so bad my L LEG GOES NUMB.I HAVE BEEN IN MANY PHYSICAL THERAPYS. WHAT DO I DO?

The pain after TKR can be due to neuropathic pain, internal scarring (arthrofibrosis), loosening of the prosthesis, patellofemoral instability, postoperative stiffness, etc. A direct clinical examination and investigations like MRI and arthroscopy are needed to identify the exact cause. The treatment usually involves pain killers under guidance of a pain therapist, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, etc. You can do regular hot compress and apply local analgesic gel for temporary relief.
