What Causes Bleeding When I Pull Foreskin Upwards?

Question: Somehow my glans is growing into the root of my foreskin. I have to regularly strech the foreskin up from my glans, and it bleeds a little when I do that.

I have gone through the mentioned details and have checked the attached image. Let me assure you that what you are experiencing is normal and not a cause of concern. I would like to know how active you are sexually. It would not matter if you do not stretch it regularly. It should not cause any problems in intercourse and the to and fro movement during intercourse should be enough to stretch the area.

I am pretty active. Normal intercourse doesn't seem to do it. But it doesn't bother me much, only sometimes it is a little sore, especially in the shower, it stings a bit.
