The blister is seen very clearly,on the shaft of the penis.
You will need to get it examined by an Urologist and do certain tests like :
blood routine,RBS,LFT,VDRL,HIV and HbsAg.
You'll need to start a course of antibiotics and apply an ointment over the blister.
You may need to start anti-inflammatory medication,after local examination.
Avoid intercourse or masturbation and maintain penile hygiene.
Avoid moisture over the area of the blister.

The STD panel tests must be done.
Sexually transmitted diseases are most common.
The other cause is infection.
In that case,it'll take some time for resolution.
After rough sex or masturbation,there can be a similar ulcer formation.

so i got it checked my doc perscribed me veltrex and an sds cream my results come tommorrow
ive been taking the pills and following with the cream but my urine is still burning but the blister has minimized
