Question: My husband has tiny blisters on foreskin of his penis and they starting to peel. The fain smell is present despite my husband's good hygiene. We had intercourse few days ago and I noticed yellowish discharge and bit smelly. No pain, no itchiness. What that could be?
Brief Answer:
Candidal infection

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I would like to keep a possibility of Candidal infection of the glans. It can present clinically as redness and fragile/macerated vesicles which get easily ruptured and usually there is some amount of itching.
In females it presents as vulval soreness, vaginal discharge (curdy or whitish) and pruritus (itching is subjective)
Since it can be acquired/transmitted through sexual intercourse, it explains symptoms in both of you.
If I was your treating doctor I would have asked both of you to take an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150 mg single dose(stat).
Your husband can apply a topical antifungal cream e.g clotrimazole twice daily for a week
For you it is advisable to use a clotrimazole pessary once every night for 7 days.
regards
