Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Let me mention that once infected, the members of the herpes family of viruses remain there in the nerve endings of the local nerve supply for the rest of your life. They usually stay dormant when your immunity is intact but flare up when due to any reason your immunity falls.
It seems that your immunity is not in good shape over the last 3 months. You need to take plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables daily with your diet. They contain antioxidants and should help. Eat wholesome foods. Exercise regularly. You may take Vitamin E supplements as well.
Improvement in your immunity will automatically prevent such flare ups in the future.
Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond faster.
The drop in immunity cannot always be quantified. You might know that some children are more prone to catching cold than others. This is due to the difference in immunity. Blood parameters might be comparable in both. Similar is your case. CBC or HIV test will not reflect such differences. The immunodeficiency due to HIV is a gross one and I am talking of subtle things here.
Vitamin E, Vitamin C and the other antioxidants contained in colorful fruits and vegetables help in boosting the immunity and hence should be taken.
I do not think that laser therapy to eliminate nerve endings by laser therapy. You may kill the nerve endings but not the entire nerve cells that span from the skin to all the way to the brain or spinal cord. The virus remains dormant in the nerve cells and so the possibility of flare up remains unaffected.
