What Causes Blisters On Vulva?

Question: Hello! I have been with what looks like a blister or little pimples in my vulva and i am concerned if this may be herpes.
Please see pics can this be herpes or foliculitis?

As per your upload picture it doesn't seem as herpes infection because herpes infection show as blisters in a row with some symptoms,but we can't exclude herpes infection.
Hence give me some details and I will try to help you.
Did you have itching,tingling or pain feeling during this time?
Did you have unprotected intercourse one to tow weeks before?
Did you have flu like symptoms one to tow weeks before?

Unprotected sex yes. Itching one day then no more . No symptoms and i have been with the same guy for 2 months now. This came out like a month ago started w what i thought was an ingrown little thing and now ots this. But no never had frver or flu like symtom. No tingling, or pain either

Hi dear again and apologize for late reply.

As per your scenario, one simple vesicle with no pain,tingling or burning feeling may be due to a skin issue.
But we can't exclude herpes infection, because usually may be atipic and asymptomatic.

Did you use razor?
If yes, stop use any other depilation tools, like razor until you skin will heal.
Use Sitz baths with betadine and you will be good.

I'm glad to see that herpes infection test is negative.

As i mentioned above it may be due to any skin issue.
Hence have Sitz baths with warm water three to four times per day with over the counter creams that contains corticosteroides.
