Brief Answer:
Recommendations for dealing with this.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Sometimes the stomach can reflux food or acid into the esophagus, and people can feel pressure, or other sensations in their chest. That's why heart burn can be confused with a heart attack. Gas in the intestines can also cause a bloated feeling.

Given your age, and that it happened after eating, and is a bloated feeling, I don't think it is heart related.

I recommend taking Zantac (generic is rantitidine) 150 mg twice a day today (I will assume the problem only happened today - is that right?), which will decrease acid related problems, and consider taking simethicone (GasX) which can help break up pockets of gas that are causing pressure.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
