Brief Answer:
Nothing worrisome...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

The feeling bloated and nauseous when you eat are temporary symptoms related to gallbladder surgery. Your intestines function is not set properly after surgery, so, need more time to get your intestines functioning back to normal.

With regards to green stool, it is related to:
- status after gallbladder surgery
- any common viral infection

For the moment, I advise to :
- take PPIs
- take simethicone for bloating
- take pain-killers: buscopan, papaverin.

I do not see anything worrisome as long as PCR and bilirubin levels are normal.

If bloating and pain will be unbearable, you should be re-evaluated by the surgeon and GI specialist.

Another issue: I want to know why you had your gallbladder removed: Is it because of stones or other problems?

If it is due to stones, then, I advise to take ursobilin till 6 months after surgery.

Hope it helped! Let me know if I can assist you further!

To answer you question, gallbladder function on hida scan was 3%. All my liver function tests were good. No stones or sludge or narrowing of ducts. Do you think I have some sort of infection? I have an ct enterography scheduled. I also have crohns which may play into gallbladder issues
Also is middle right back pain normal? I'm not in pain unless I take a real deep breath. I had this before and after gallbladder surgery. Was told it was due to surgery but had it before... If I press hard on the spot I can take a deep breath no problem. Help?!

Brief Answer:
Further consultation with orthopedist is needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

If the pain you feel is when you take deep breath, then, it might be related to problems with your vertebral spine. As you have had ct-scan of abdomen, problems with pancreas are excluded.

I advise to consult with orthopedist and to run MRI of the spine to evaluate local changes in the vertebrae.

Hope it helped!
