Brief Answer:
Symptoms possibly due to gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

Presence of bloating and tenderness in epigastric region , suggest the possibility of Gastritis as cause of symptoms. Advil and Aspirin being non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs will aggravate the symptoms of Gastiritis.

Gas X strips being anti flatulent agent will be helpful to relieve you from symptoms of bloating. XXXXXXX Seltzer chews which is an antacid will help relieve symptoms of gastitis.

Apart from it , I would suggest you following

1. Avoid Alcohol/caffeinated/carbonated beverages
2. Pantoprozole while is proton pump inhibitir which suppresses gastric acid will be helpful
3. Domperidone which is gastric motility increasing drug will benefit.
4. Regular intake of meals
5. Avoid oily food

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you a very happy and healthy life.

Take Care
