Question: Hello i m 29 years old, bodybuilding athlete, really strict diet mainy with oats-rice-potatoes-red meat in burgers-chicken-green apples and some protein powders and lot of calories due to my frame..I dont have any stomach issues or appetite isues unless when before years i tried some anabolic pills which where a bit toxic and made me sick and stopped..Before 5 weeks i started a cycle for sustanon 250 really stong test mix, some tren, boldenone, deca and some days we added test evanthate..All injected in different sites..Also before couple of weeks i bought a new protein powder which was cheap and i m stopping it now to see if this causes me the problem
In the first 2 weeks everything was ok.The third week around 3-4 days afeter sustanon injection my stomach was full, appetite dropped to zero, really bloated, flue like symptoms,a ton of gas, diarhea and burps with the tast or gastric acids i think its called gastro-oesophageal reflux disease..Next day everything was back in normal but i almost lost 1 and half day of eating..Next week again some thing around same day...Now 5th week and i had it again yesterday...Today i m a lot better
I ve took imodium so far, i m taking glaveral(omeprazole), was taking multi probiotics but stopped them..I m thinking of stopping multi test-sustanon cause i ve read some more people had this type of symptoms with this..Maybe its after some days of the injection when it reaches its peak and hits me in the stomach??

As far as i know tren acetate, boldenone, test evanthate and deca are absorbed fast thats why i m thinking of the multi test-sustanon..Everything is injected monday-wednesday-friday-saturday except mult test which is only injected once in monday

Brief Answer:
Quite possible; but one more scenario as well

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. You are quite right with your observation about sustanon as it does cause an increased acid reflux or irritation of the gastric mucosa resulting in acid reflux.

Let me also list all the symptoms of GERD for you for your better understanding:

+Cough
+Vomiting (usually results from severe coughing)
+Burning sensation in the chest (heartburn)
+Regurgitation of food into the mouth
+Sensation of a lump in the throat
+Acidic taste in the mouth at times
+Abdominal bloating
+Reduced appetite at times (not always)
+Difficulty swallowing
+Hoarseness of voice (not always)
+Sore throat (mostly due to the acidic reflux irritating the throat)
and a few other less common ones.

So in my opinion you should discontinue the sustanon and observe if you are getting better. I also have a few more suggestions to help improve acid reflux in general:

+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid carbonated drinks (I am sure you do as you seem to be a health freak)
+Avoid spicy food
+Avoid fatty/fried/oily food
+Avoid smoking
+Avoid alcohol
+Have 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger ones, this will also increase your metabolism so plan accordingly
+Use antacids as you have which will help you to suppress the acid to quite an extent

Yes it is possible that the medications could be reaching its peak and causing the symptoms. But I would also like to propose another theory although sustanon could be the culprit. Especially seen in sportsmen is GERD, which can easily be triggered and worsened due to rigorous exercise. So the second scenario includes simply exercise to be the sole culprit and not have anything to do with the sustanon.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help you.

Best wishes.

I want to really thank you about the response..
I dont drink alcohol or smoke or eat fats and oily, fried food so these are no problems..
Is there a possibility to also be intolerance in the new cheap proteins i ve bought?Cause the one is casein and casein some times is harsh on the stomach..I ve discontinue them from yesterday though and the probiotics also

I will change the multi test sustanon with test cypionate cause i wont have the same problems cause 2-4 days after the monday injection of multi test to have this problem it makes me think its from that, cause else i would have the same problem and the 3 other days i have injections cause i m injecting the same things except the sustanon

Brief Answer:
Yes, casein can cause trouble

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

It was my pleasure entirely to be of assistance.

Yes indeed, casein is not well tolerated by the stomach for everyone and in large quantities. I am sure you are a professional and can differentiate between the good and cheap stuff. Better to stick with the good stuff and avoid the chance of experiencing side effects don't you think?

Although I doubt the probiotics can do harm, as I do not see them causing any trouble, but then again I do not wish to take a chance in such a circumstance.

I used to body-build as well during med school, but things got really busy after that. Life got really busy, haha.

But I wish you luck and hope you can attain all the targets and aims you have in your life and stay fit and health always. I hope you find my response helpful and informative sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, do not hesitate to write to me about anything anytime.

Best wishes.
