What Causes Blockage In Left Ear When Exposed To Air Conditioner?
Question: I do have a problem with my left ear when it gets wind (air condtioning)in my ear it seams to block up and feels like all is blocked

Welcome to the HCM.
Ears have normal circulation of fluid called cerumen which commonly known as ear wax.Actualy this wax protects the ear from dust and foreign particles.Excess wax finds its way on its own and washed away.
But sometime when more wax is produced than is necessary then these symptoms can happen.
To get rid of this extra wax ,cleaning ear canals regularly with cotton swabs on the outer portion of ears is advised.
But if the ear is blocked and causes the symptoms like these then it is advised that you should not attempt yourself to remove the extra wax at home. This can cause damage to the ear membrane and infection.
For that a ENT specialist help is advised and then extra wax can be removed with using wax softening drops like glycerin,hydrogen peroxide or carbamide drops or ear irrigation process.But first seeking ENT especialist checkup is advised so it can be treated accordingly.
