I thank you for posting your query here and I am definitely going to help you out..

I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

Please note..

1. At your age, urine should not get blocked
I can think of two things..
A. Meatal stenosis
B. Urinary tract infection

2. Your all reports are essentially normal apart from diabetes and it's control..

3. No, it's not because of liver.
I strongly feel you may be having meatal stenosis as a cause.

4. Sgot, sgpt are fine.. Not to worry..

5. No, hormonal imbalance may cause problems in menses but not regarding urinary symptoms.

6. Kidneys are absorbed doing well.
Do not worry..

7. Urinary infections are common in females. Expected.

Do not worry..

8. You can do two things..
A. When urine gets blocked, get an urine culture test.
This will tell us about the infection.

B. But best is to go meet an urologist and see if there is meatal stenosis, stricture Urethra..
Treat it and you'll be fine..

Hope this helps you..
