Brief Answer:
Continue the antibiotic. Give ORS
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Your son probably has got a bacterial infection. Since streaks of blood are present in the stool, use of antibiotics is essential. Zenflox (ofloxacin) is right to be given. Give it twice a day daily for 5 days. Alongside, giving Zn Forte should be helpful. Be sure to give plenty of fluids and ORS (oral rehydration solution) to drink. You need not panic. It should be back to normal in 3-5 days. Please bear patience till then.
Look out for lethargy and reduced urinary frequency. If such a thing happens, you would need to visit a doctor.

Brief Answer:
Give rice based diet
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. You can definitely give him feeds. But it is better to avoid milk based products including NAN Pro 2. Feel free to give rice based products including rice and banana.
Just monitor for lethargy. I do not think that he would become lethargic.
In case of lethargy, all you need to do is to give increased amounts of fluids before you take the child to a doctor.
