Brief Answer:
Please upload reports

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I would insist you to upload the report. I need to know the pus cell count. A raised pus cell count, especially associated with occult blood indicates a bacterial infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics. Homeopathic treatment will not help. You need to see a doctor who would be able to prescribe antibiotics like ofloxacin. Moreover, the child needs to be given ORS (Oral rehydration solution) to replenish the lost water and salts.

Regards
